Day 1

Arrival on the day of your choice
Accommodation in a comfort room
Evening welcome drink: a real “Poeler Kräuterschnaps” (Poel Island herb schnapps)
Nordic style dinner:

• Scandinavian prawns in their shells, cocktail sauce and bread (finger bowl)
• Mecklenburg ham soup with garnish, roast duck in a creamy red wine sauce, baked apple rings with marzipan, red cabbage, potatoes tossed in butter
• Crispy apple and cinnamon with vanilla sauce and cream

Day 2

Large "Phoenix" breakfast buffet
Visit to Wismar historic town centre (Unesco World Heritage Site) – we give you a city map for your trip
Stop off at the Reuterhaus on the market square where we reveal the building’s history and the unique furniture exhibits as you enjoy a little wine tasting à la Fritz Reuter.
In the evening we welcome you again to our panorama restaurant for a candlelight dinner with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea:

• Herring tartar on wholemeal corners, salad selection
• Hearty potato soup with smoked meat garnish
• Mecklenburg platter with roast ribs, suckling pig, chicken drumstick on creamed turnip and potato, beetroot

or

• Fisherman’s catch: large selection of fish fillet, "fresh from the sea" with herb potatoes, mustard sauce and steamed vegetables
• Mecklenburg red berry compote "Not just another compote – prepare to be surprised"  

Day 3

Departure with a pot of crackling fat as a parting gift
